Here is the forms section, if you click on individual sections you will explanations on the forms as well as PDFs: ltb.gov.on.ca/en/Forms/STEL01_079132.html. Rather than print any forms out in advance, I advice that you bookmark the link, that way you will always print the most up to date version (this can be very important).

The "Residential Tenancies Act" can be found at this link:  ltb.gov.on.ca/en/Law/STEL02_111323.html. This is the law in Ontario that regulates Landlords. I think you will find it has reasonably easy to understand wording. I often use the “find” function on my browser to find sections of the act.

Rent Check Credit Bureau

This is the Rent Check Credit Bureau Website rentcheckcorp.com if you join their service, they have numerous forms available in addition to supplying credit reports and other tenancy reports for Landlords.
