Soon after Antony and his wife decided to move to Waterloo from England to take a position at one of the area's high-tech companies they started to think about housing. Their relocation co-ordinator suggested that Robert Hunsberger would be able to assist them with the purchase of a home in Canada. After viewing a variety of homes, Antony and his wife chose to build a new home in one of the nearby small towns.

The couple returned to the UK with a contract to have a home built for them in Canada. Robert assisted with the details during the building process while they prepared for their big move.
