Dennis and his wife moved to the Kitchener-Waterloo area from the Yukon Territory. One of Dennis' office-mates suggested that they should ask her realtor, Tracey Appleton,  to assist them with a house purchase. Dennis and his wife settled in a comfotable home north of Waterloo.
