Waterloo Rental Bylaw begins April 1, 2012
If you own a rental property a rental property in the City of Waterloo you will probably be impacted by the City's new Rental Housing Licensing Bylaw. It will come into effect on April 1, 2012.
You can find information on the City of Waterloo website at Waterloo.ca/Rental Housing Licences. The website includes the Bylaw, the enforcement policy, licencing fees, and a staff report on the bylaw and program.
