Waterloo councillors have approved a zone change to allow a new 18 unit townhouse development to be built at Park and Allen Streets.

The 19 storey condominium tower and townhouse development at 144 Park Street in Waterloo is appears to be making progress. This is sure to be one of Uptown Waterloo's most exciting addresses in the future.

According to an article in the Waterloo Chronicle newspaper, an 18 unit townhouse development is in the works for the corner of Park and Allen Streets in Uptown Waterloo. This will be across the street from the 144 Park condo apartment building that is also planned for that area.
