Men VS. Women. What considerations reign supreme when couples try to find a property?

Coldwell Banker recently released a new survey on the differences between men and women when it comes to trying to find a property.

Over half of the women say that they take the lead when it comes to decor... Many purchasers feel that they rely on their feelings and their lifestyle needs when they are looking at listings of houses for sale. Couples find it easier to make financial decisions together as they get older...

Construction of the newest branch of the Waterloo Public Library is well underway. The "John M. Harper Branch Library" will be located at the corner of Fischer-Hallman Road and Laurelwood Drive in the Laurelwood neighbourhood. The new building will also house a new family YMCA facility.
